As you might know, the Saudi Authorities were willing to gather, harmonize and commit to a single agency, the approval of the electrical material provided to the various areas: Centre, East, West, South and others, hence the Saudi Electricity Company's action (SEC) to entrust this project to his Transmission Standards and Specifications Department.

This Department has just wrote out New Technical Specifications and Demands concerning Neutral Earthing Resistor, which are :
  • 01-TMSS-01 Revision 0
  • 57-TMSS-01 Revision 0
Then, we are proud and pleased to inform you that our company, MS Resistances, began a pre-qualification process concerning the new specifications for  Neutral Earthing Resistors in 2007, and that today, this process has been reached. In addition, MS Resistances is the first company which obtained this pre-qualification in accordance with the new SEC Standards.

Once again, some of our customers relied upon MS Resistances!
  • After the Brittany network stabilization in 2004, RTE (French Electricity Transportation Company), in collaboration with ABB Group, trust MS Resistances once again in 2007 as they pledge us to manufacture all the resistors to be inserted in their Filter Circuits to stabilize the 225kV, 63kV & 90kV Parisian Area Networks .
  • CODELCO Chile, also in collaboration with ABB Group, relied upon us this year as they gave us the opportunity to manufacture all their Harmonic Filter Damping Resistors for their "Gaby" Project.
  • In 2003, MS Resistances developped another activity centered on the manufacturing of Three-Phase Disconnectors. Since then, we provided notorious entities such as SIEMENS, NOKIAN and Maschinenfabrik Rheinhausen with Three-Phase Disconnectors with or without  Earthing Switch and with or without Motorized Operating Mechanism (from 12kV to 52kV...).
